Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through websites and brands operated by Fremar Hospitality Private Limited ("Fremar", "we", "us"), including Nestara Stays. 1. Bookings A booking is confirmed only after full payment (or, where offered, a confirmed Pay at property booking) and a confirmation email from us. Please check your dates, guest count and property details before paying. 2. Check-in and check-out Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless the property listing says otherwise. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged. 3. Guest identification All adult guests must show a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, as required by law. We may refuse check-in if valid ID is not provided. 4. Occupancy The number of guests may not exceed the occupancy stated for the property. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight. 5. House rules Guests must follow the house rules shown on each property page. Smoking, parties, loud noise and illegal activities are not allowed unless the listing states otherwise. 6. Damage Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, its furniture or fittings caused during their stay, and may be charged the cost of repair or replacement. 7. Prices and taxes Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is added as per government slabs and shown at checkout. 8. Cancellations Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds policy and the policy shown on the property page at the time of booking. 9. Liability We are not responsible for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings, or for disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as utility outages, weather or government restrictions. 10. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force on the date of booking apply to that booking. 11.
