Cancellation & refunds

This policy applies to all bookings unless a property page shows a different cancellation policy, in which case the policy on the property page at the time of booking applies. Cancellation by guest - Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: full refund. - Between 7 and 3 days before check-in: 50% refund. - Within 3 days of check-in, or no-show: no refund. Early departure No refund is given for unused nights if you check out early. Cancellation by us In the rare case that we must cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or, if you prefer, an alternative stay of a similar standard. How to cancel Write to bookings@fremarhospitality.in or call +91 70382 10210 with your booking ID. Refunds Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to credit the amount. Pay at property bookings For bookings marked Pay at property, please cancel at least 24 hours before check-in so the room can be released.
